Where you’ll sleep
- Identification of Guests: a Please send us any one government identification for each of the guests intending to check in to our property, prior to checking in. This may include Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License etc.
- Check-in-Check-Out Times: a. Check-In Time is 2PM. b. Check-Out Time is 11AM.
- Subject to availability and upon intimation to us, an early Check-In or a late Check-Out may be permitted at extra cost.
- Any damages to the property, amenities, appliances etc will be recovered from the guests. Smoking is not permitted in this house.
- you may use open areas for smoking.
- No disrupting the peace by drinking or roughhousing after 10 PM as other residents of the property should not be disturbed during the nights.
- Our staff are extremely reliable and trustworthy, but please ensure that you are taking care of your belongings as we will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables.
- Hosts and caretakers will not be responsible for any accidents or any unforeseen events that affect the guests during the course of their stay.
- All the bookings are 100% refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to checkin
- No refund is allowed if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days to the date of check in
- Incase of any refund, the refund will be on the discretion of the host and the service fee is fully non refundable
- Incase of lockdown, you will receive a refund or credit note which can be used anytime within 1 year of the issuance date.For long weekends and peak dates for example, 15th August, Diwali,Christmas and New years the bookings are non refundable incase of cancella
- Power Back Up - The villa has inverter back up - which means even during power cut outs, Wifi , lights, Selected few Plug Points, fans and 3 ACs work. ( 1 AC in each room and 1 AC in the living area above the blue Sofa)
- You’ll find a thoughtfully designed space complete with beautiful furniture and a fully-equipped kitchenette. And, thanks to the welcoming mattresses, luxury bath essentials, and towels, you can relax knowing you’ll always feel comfortably at home.
- The living, dining, kitchen and bar areas have an open layout that makes for an airy and connected space.
- The Master bedroom has a full-sized cupboard, and a comfortable work table, Both having ensuite bathrooms. Bath linen and toiletries shall be provided by us.
- Bedroom 2 has a pull out queen size bed. This room is extremely cosy and comfortable and directly transport you the sea shores of Malibu - the frames in the room help 😉
